1. All Sales Final

 

 

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

 

 

 

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@piffcoastfarms.com

• To help us resolve the issue, include your order number and photos of the package/products.

• We will review the situation and, if eligible, send a replacement or offer store credit at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

• Seeds cannot be returned due to handling, storage, and compliance requirements.

• We cannot accept any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
